i made the worlds best pie.

I made the best pie ever. coconut cream pie. it was sooooo good. really rich but so good. here is the recipe. its super easy, and again super good. here it is.

Ingredients:
1 baked 9-inch pie crust (can be reg. or graham cracker)
1 large pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 3/4 cup cold skim milk
1 carton (8-oz. size) Light Cool Whip
1 cup flaked coconut, toasted and divided

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat pudding and milk for 2 minutes on low speed. It will be very thick.

Fold in the whipped topping and 3/4 of the coconut at once. Pour into the baked and COOLED pie crust. Sprinkle the remaining coconut on top. Chill well.

Made a new friend

finished a group presentation.

so whats happend since my last post. a lot. I went to harry potter land which was incredible! they had everything! Dervish and Banges, Ollivanders, HoneyDukes, The three broomsticks, The hogshead, The owelery, and the Castle! It was a dream come true. me and breanne saved up. forever. and finally went! we bought wands, hoodies, jackets, hats, patches, butterbeer and pumpkin tarts! and U no Poo! oh man. it was a dream come true. we had a blast.
